Job Description:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities
- Develop overarching strategies to identify and forge strategic alliances, partnerships and other business opportunities to drive company’s growth.
- Conceptualise, communicate and execute a successful growth strategy in partnership with business units
- Responsible for generating new commercial opportunities, sets business development and provides leadership to ensure smooth functioning of the team.
- Maintain accurate records of business development,
- Communicates business performance and progress regularly to Director
- Familiar with China, Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan, Australia’s regulations, compliance requirements, and consumer market preference.
Requirements :
- A good team player and results oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development and sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong change management skills and experience leading organisational transitions to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
