Responsibilities
· Design and develop smart rostering algorithms using constraint programming and advanced optimization techniques to meet diverse operational needs across various industries.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of smart rostering algorithms with existing systems, including HRMS.
· Meet with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business objectives into algorithmic constraints.
· Provide support to AI engineers and data scientists by contributing to the development of innovative applications and solutions.
· Conduct thorough testing and validation of algorithms to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
· Document algorithms, processes, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
· Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in rostering algorithms and related systems.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in constraint programming and optimization algorithms.
· Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
· Knowledge of web architecture and technologies, including web security, REST, and microservices.
· Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
