Responsibilities
As the Head of the internal audit of the Company:
Lead the audit planning process
Lead internal audit engagements
Conduct independent audits wherever required
Organize and analyse the collected data/information
Collaborate with the business teams for smooth conduct of audits
Lead the preparation and presentation of audit reports
Develop and implement the audit framework
Meet performance KPIs
Adhere to the relevant auditing standards
Support the Audit Committee processes
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Auditing
Experience in General Insurance Industry is essential
Minimum 10 years’ experience of auditing general insurance/reinsurance companies Including at least 5 years' experience of internal audit in a general insurance/ reinsurance company.
Knowledge of insurance regulatory environment in Singapore
Knowledge of the principles of risk management
Knowledge of control design and control operation
