- Provide general legal advice and contract drafting/review support to Bosch legal entities and business units in Vietnam, including business licence and corporate compliance requirements.
- Identify and manage legal risks, litigation and disputes, including debt recovery matters.
- Provide internal training on legal and compliance matters.
- Draft and negotiate Vietnamese/global long term supply/purchasing contracts, distribution agreements, software implementation agreements, product trial agreements, etc.
- Instruct and liaise with external counsel and corporate secretarial service providers; manage services providers and related costs.
- Manage projects and undertake other duties as assigned by the General Counsel SEA, including providing legal support to business units in other South East Asian countries from time to time.
