Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Assisting with invoicing customers, processing payments, and managing accounts payable functions such as vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Helping reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Record Maintenance: Organizing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Communications: Corresponding with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Assisting Auditors: Providing support during audits by gathering requested documents and assisting auditors with inquiries.
- General Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate in Accounts.
- Education background not important
- Available immediate or within short notice
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Responsible and has a positive attitude towards multi-tasking
