Responsibilities
- Leadership in accountability for overall performance and management of the team
- Leadership in business planning, direction, development and growth opportunities of Clients business and brand
- Owning and driving creative excellence, solidly rooted in data and insights across all Client’s marketing and integrated communications
- Provide thought leadership and best practices to creative strategy and planning
- Drive internal and external agency stakeholder partnerships and work with cross functional discipline leaders
- Leadership bringing together the unique blend of creative thinking, media platform innovations and keen understanding of client’s brand to drive greater business impact
- Responsible for implementation of plans and strategies developed for Client
- Responsible for revenue targets and profitability of the business including financial housekeeping and reporting to management team
- Responsible or pushing boundaries in delivering multi-channel creative communication solutions to client
- Lead team’s day to day relationships and efficiencies in operations, delivery with quality and creative excellence
- Overall leadership and ownership of senior clients' relationships, translating their vision into business requirements
- Responsible in managing, guiding and nurturing the team on their overall performance and growth
- Create a good and conducive environment/culture for the team and client
- Responsible for building culturally resonant brands that enable business growth
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Agency team leads across the network
Job Specifications
1. Knowledge and Experiences Required
▪ Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in the advertising industry
▪ Understanding of the overall business operations, needs, challenges and objectives
▪ Leadership experience in managing an account servicing team
▪ A proven track record of previous success, as well as a determination to continue to succeed
▪ Sound financial planning and budget management experience
▪ Experience working within a business development role within an agency or similar organisation
