- Your role as Regional Business Development Manager would be to identify new markets in Asia Pacific to venture into and secure business.
- Min 15+ years of experience in regional sales, IT services, IT solutioning and capabality to lead manage and diversified teams.
- Developing and managing multiple GEO's across the APAC markets
- Develop and implement business strategy for a region and to coordinate the overall company strategy with local operations, human resource management, finance, marketing, and administration.
- Responsible for the PNL and ensure Business Continuity
- The current focus would be to penetrate Singapore market and bring business and later on to further strategize for expansion in SEA.
- Initiate and manage the recruiting process for Singapore and Asia Pacific Region. Design and implement a strategic business plan that increase company’s customer database.
- Identify opportunities for new business and bring revenues.
- Hire and ensure to meet client requirements on various emerging technologies by bringing new logos to the company.
- Coaching and mentoring new recruiters on effective hiring strategy and branding Managing project staff,capacity planning, performance management, smooth transitions, contracts, and billing
- Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet the demand for talent.
- Deliver actionable insights by developing deep industry knowledge related to clients’ business, identifying the gaps and opportunities.
- Fostered sustainable and healthy relationship with clients and through regular onsite meetings, new products demo and presentations, resolving any challenges related to our staff.
- Supports business growth by proactively offering solutions to clients' requirements.
