Role
- To lead and manage multiple accounts - group accounts include both regional and local clients
- Mentor and guide a team of Account Managers & Account Executives
- Support and lead new business pitches, as well as general business development
- Key performance will be linked to the candidate’s ability to retain relationships with existing clients and grow accounts organically
- Day-to-day project management across all accounts, from conceptualisation through to production and delivery
- Manage project budgets and be accountable for achieving profit margins accounts
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all clients under designory and selected clients under eg+
• Lead senior client relationships and with the objective of account retention and growth
• Continuously review and optimise our ways of working and quality of work
• Organically grow existing accounts by cross-selling/upselling in-house capabilities within designory and eg+ for production services
• Manage crisis management and help iron out account or project issues
• Work with the Creative and Social Teams to maintain a high quality of creative output
• Ensure that everything delivered by the team is on time and on budget
• Consistently strive to improve cost effectiveness and maintain profitability
• Manage pipelines, provide accurate revenue forecasts, as well as conducting account plans and account reviews
• Guide and nurture Account Management Team under your care, providing them with career growth opportunities
• Work closely with Managing Director on new business opportunities within Singapore and SEA
Job Specifications
1. Education / Professional
• Degree Holder
2. Knowledge Required
• At least 10 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of advertising, marketing, and communication
• Leadership experience in managing an account servicing team
• A proven track record of previous success, as well as a determination to continue to succeed
• Sound financial planning and budget management experience
• Experience working within a business development role within an agency or similar organisation
3. Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
• The ability to multi-task and provide holistic leadership support across a range of clients
• Microsoft Office, Keynote
