Job Description:
- Conduct regular inspections of the estate to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
- Identify and report any issues or areas requiring improvement, such as horticultural maintenance, infrastructure repairs, and general upkeep.
- Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers to ensure they meet contractual obligations.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair works within the estate.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues by liaising with contractors and following up on work orders.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Address and manage residents' and tenants' feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between residents/tenants and the property management team.
- Assist in managing arrears cases, including communicating with residents/tenants about overdue payments and arranging payment plans if necessary.
- Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in planning and implementing estate improvement projects to enhance the living environment and property value.
- Coordinate with contractors, residents, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of improvement works.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager to support the overall management of the estate.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Property/Facilities Management
