Working hours:
- Mon - Fri 830am - 530pm
- Alternate Saturdays 830am - 1230pm
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly billing reports
- Daily coordination between clients and internal production team
- Reporting of order & inventory status to clients
- Participate in monthly service levels meetings
- Attend project meetings
- Participate in negotiation discussions
- Manage production
Requirements
- Min. Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a production setting
