Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience with the contractor
