Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Craft detailed job descriptions based on thorough job analysis.
- Utilize various platforms to advertise job openings and oversee the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and carefully screen resumes to identify top candidates.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and keep HR databases up-to-date.
- Manage attendance, leave requests, and timesheets efficiently.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies to ensure organizational compliance.
HR Compliance:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Communicate any changes in employment legislation to the HR team.
- Support the preparation and submission of HR-related reports as required.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Collaborate with external providers to manage benefits effectively.
- Address employee inquiries and issues related to benefits promptly.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Profound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
