Job Description:
- Establish an optimal clinical learning environment and assess preceptorship schemes for new staff.
- Provide on-the-job training and assist Nurse Managers in ensuring staff competencies.
- Coordinate training activities to enhance unit-based clinical practices and conduct discipline-specific courses.
- Ensure nursing staff receive appropriate orientation, training, and continuing education to maintain competency.
- Monitor patient care delivery to established standards and act as a resource on clinical matters.
- Apply principles to mitigate medico-legal issues and conduct summative assessments of staff and students.
- Provide training for non-nursing staff and volunteers and develop hospital-based training aligned with MOH requirements.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma
- Candidates with a specialist Diploma in clinical education is preferred
- Candidates with 6 years of experience in clinical care
