The social worker will be working with youths and their families in a residential setting.
List of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Individualised case management, including conducting case conceptualisation, setting goals and interventions plans, conducting monthly individual and family sessions, and review of progress towards goals.
2. Work closely with the Probation Officers (POs) and Child protection officers (CPOs) for co-case management, and also other stakeholders including families, school and employers. Develop partnership with stakeholders, including existing and prospective employers, schools and CSO agencies, pro-social communities for reintegration efforts, and community partners.
3. Conduct therapeutic group work for clients (may include evening timings 7-9pm)
4. Prepare for, attend and present cases at Internal and External Case Reviews to update on intervention progress.
5. Casework documentation and reports according to licensing requirements
6. Work together with Hostel Operations & Development Department, and provide essential information for Operation (Administration) to schedule for daily movement
7. Support in other ad-hoc duties assigned as needed

Preferred achievements
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
• Possess good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions; interest in growing clinical skills
• Passionate in working with youths
• Experienced worker can be considered for a more senior role
