Job Description & Requirements
- Give out samples to the shoppers
- Approach, conduct sales pitch, convince prospects to purchase our services & products.
- Provide skincare consultation, product demonstration, recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to client
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and shop sales target
- Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
- Assist in daily operational duties such as cashiering transactions, inventory and ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
- One to two year experience in pro active cosmetic sales (In Retail Shop)
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the skincare/beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
- Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fast-paced and collaborative working style
- Positive working attitude and Sales Oriented
- 5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours rotating shift per day (including weekends)
