1) Education: O Level
2) Experience:
a) Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a cold store or warehouse environment.
b) Experience with ASRS systems is preferred.
3) Skills:
a) Forklift operation:
i) Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
b) Cold store operations:
i) Knowledge of cold store operations
c) Mechanical skills:
i) Basic mechanical skills to perform basic maintenance tasks
d) Soft skills:
i) Good communication and teamwork skills
e) Technical skills:
i) Computer knowledge and proficiency, as ASRS operations require computerized system navigation and data entry
4) Physical Requirements:
a) Ability to work in a cold environment (typically around 0°C to -25°C).
b) Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 20 kg).
c) Good physical fitness and endurance.
5) Certifications:
a) Forklift operator certification.
6) Language: - English language proficiency, with the ability to:
a) Speak clearly and effectively in the workplace
b) Read and understand written instructions, labels, and documents
