We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing (for a digital assets company) to lead marketing efforts, manage social media presence, run targeted ad campaigns, and spearhead PR outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with community, and drive traffic to different platforms. Manage and grow presence on Twitter, Telegram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Primarily Twitter Ads) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics, to communicate our brand story and product offerings effectively.
- PR Outreach: Develop and manage public relations strategy. Build relationship with a PR agency to secure key media contacts, coordinate press releases, and get media coverage to enhance brand's visibility and reputation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and ROI, and use insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
You'll be the frist non-technical hire in a team of 7 engineers. We all work remote and expect the applicant to be remote as well. No time zone restrictions.
Some experience with Figma is appreciated.
