If yes, we can offer you a position as a Customer Solutions Executive and be part of our Customer Service Team providing proactive, quality customer service for our customers.
What you will do
Customer Order Processing and Shipment Management
- Ensure timeline fulfillment of customer order, backlog management (expediting with various team) and communicate to customer proactively
- Ensure accurately billing/ CN issuance
Customer Collaboration and Improvement
- Continue to seek and drive improvements together with affiliates (order frequency, order level loading, DG management, SWAP planning etc.)
- Participate and work with relevant internal stake holders on projects
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
- Customer service experience preferred, with customer centric mindset
- Strong collaboration, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external departments
- ERP System knowledge required/ preferred, but not mandatory.
