Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing fully automated production lines.
- Coordinate resources to achieve daily production targets.
- Proactively identify and address potential production bottlenecks.
- Continuously improve employee operational efficiency and product quality.
- Coordinate cross-departmental improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Assist in implementing the department's long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Enjoyment and proficiency in a managerial role, with the ability to coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to manufacturing
- Familiar with production line management
- Proficiency in Excel & SQL or Tableau for data analysis
- Able to commit shift work
