Job Description
Take up the Key account personnel responsibilities of company’s entrusted Facility Maintenance (FM) projects
- Liaise with Clients and internal department related to FM requirement or any services.
- Liaise and lead meeting with clients and follow up on necessary
- Attend meetings and provide submission of necessary reports to clients and management
- provide quotations to clients as and when fault is found
- Lead FM team and ensure all ensure all services are carried out according to the Sales Level Agreement (SLA)
- Arrange and coordinate duty list and roaster deployment for manpower in all FM projects
- Provide training or plan and send FM personnel for upgrading requirement
- Manage manpower deployment to all projects with full compliance to safety requirement

Requirement
- Dip/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer
- Min 5 years experience in FM or Projects.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurring.
