Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement brand guidelines and brand management processes
· Assist Marketing Manager to plan, develop, implement, evaluate and execute campaigns and promotions to drive brand preference and lead generation through relevant channels (emails, events, search, PR, social media) and campaign assets (photos, videos, webinars, newsletters, sales tools)
· Conceptualize, design and produce marketing collateral including but not limited to materials such as newsletters, flyers, ads, brochures, logos, exhibits, graphics, charts and clip art
· Coordinate printing production process to ensure consistent quality
· Develop and produce web-based graphics
· Produce technical illustrations for presentations and/or publications by the Sales & Marketing team
· Create and maintain graphics and/or photo library as part of the digital records library
· Study illustrations, photographs and text to plan presentation of material, product and service
· Manage workflows and communication between teams to ideate, plan and execute all marketing activities across Technolite’s businesses and client streams
Requirements:
· Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in design related fields, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
· Passion for design and lighting
· Excellent communication skill with a pro-active personality and positive working attitude
· Dynamic, creative, self-motivated and a team player
· Strong conceptual ability and art direction across various advertising disciplines
· Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment
