We are seeking an energetic and capable
adminstrative staff to assist us with office
administration. In this role, you will be
responsible for processing documents,
maintaining databases, and liaising with
clients. You may also be required to manage office supplies.
To possess excellent communication skills
and demonstrable experience.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data
and maintaining databases.
- Directing internal and external calls,
emails and faxes to designated clients
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing,
emailing
- Observing the best business practices and etiquette
- Strengthen ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain organized systems for information and documents.
