Key Responsibility Area :
1. Responding to Admission Enquiries: Field Inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, or in- person visits. Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and procedure from Cambridge Primary 1 to IGCSE.
2. Student Contract: Familiarity or experience in ERF/Edutrust . Follow procedure as per Student Contract Management and ensure adherence to the Admissions process and CPE guidelines.
3. Application Management: Manage the admissions application process including the collection, review and processing of applications. Ensure all required documents and fees are submitted and maintain organized records of applicant information.
4. Guidance and Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective
Families throughout the admissions process. Address any concerns or questions they may have and offer assistance in navigating the enrollment journey.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other school departments, such as academic coordinators, finance and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to admission and enrollment. Participate in admission events, open houses and school tours to showcase the institutions to prospective families.
6. Marketing and Outreach: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective students. Represent the school at recruitment fairs, community events, and other outreach opportunities Attending open houses, follow up on prospective email and calls.
7. Data Management: Maintain Accurate and up-to -date records of admissions data, including applicant profiles, enrollment statistics, and demographic information. Generate reports and analysis to track trends and inform decision making.
8. Customer Relationships Management: Cultivate positive relationships with Prospective families, alumni, and other stakeholders. Provide excellent customer services and serve as a brand ambassador for the school.
Desired Experience, Qualification and Skills:
1. Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream with 5 yrs of experience of which minimum 3 years of proven track record ( sales ) in the same industry.
2. Previous experience in admissions, or customer service roles, preferably in an education setting.
3. Excellent Team Player with good communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively in diverse audiences.
4. Knowledge of international education systems, curriculum frameworks and admission standards as per CPE.
5. Fluency in English: Proficiency in additional languages may be in advantage, given the multicultural context of an international school in Singapore.
