You will support the Shared Services Centre, Singapore team and will report to the team lead.

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining / automating processes
- Plan, design, and develop automations using tools such as Excel VBA, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Collect, analyse and present data to demonstrate the impact of solutions recommended
- Track and monitor the implemented solutions to evaluate effectiveness and recommend adjustments where necessary
- Assist in the management of improvement initiatives
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in automation tools such as Excel VBA, UiPath, and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Workday, SAP and Oracle accounting software is an advantage
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently
