Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our brand, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized assistance.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers regarding restaurant information, promotion details, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer preferences and needs, with the goal of increasing sales revenue.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and communicate insights to relevant departments.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times, reinforcing a positive brand image with every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
