Job scope:
- Lead warehousing and supply chain teams in managing inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain improvements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all warehouse operations, including secondary assemblies and transportation.
- Develop contingency plans for process change risks.
- Collaborate with Service Quality and Customer Service Team to manage customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, and HSA standards.
- Act as the main customer interface for operational matters and manage outsourced transportation.
- Assist in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related field required.
- Minimum 6 years' experience
- Experience in GDP-certified environments and knowledge of ISO13485/ISO9001 standards preferred.
- Proficiency in transport management systems and warehouse software essential.
- Proven leadership in team management necessary.
