Job Description

We are looking for an energetic admin coordinator for logistics department who will be managing daily flow between the client, suppliers, and ourselves. If you think you can multitask, amazing team-player and the determination to excel, then we have a position for you. This is an active and fast-paced role you to step up and take on a more empowered role in providing our team with the backing we need.

Job Scope
- Issuing Invoice/Quotation
- Check, answer, liaise & reply to emails
- Perform data entry
- Job monitoring
- Maintaining database
- Ensure clear communication flow with internal stakeholder/suppliers/clients.

Requirements
* A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
* Able to commit to overtime
* Min GCE O level
* Proficient in MS Office
* Meticulous and strong organizational skill
* Able to handle high-pressure situations
* Prior experience in administrative or management duties would be advantageous. Or an open mind that is willing to learn.
* Good communication skills and able to handle customers with confidence
* Able to work independently and resourcefully
* Teamwork
* Preferably able to read, write, converse effectively in both ENGLISH and CHINESE.
