Job Summary:
• Salary package: Basic up $5,500 + AWS + VB
• Working hours: mon to fri: 830am to 530pm sat: 830-1230pm. Alternate half Sat upon confirmation

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide overall brand merchandising/buying support to Sales/Retail/Online Team
· 1. Each Brand Merchandising Executive is responsible for a range of about 10 to 15 product brands under a team of 7 Brand Merchandising Staff
· 2. Each Retail Merchandising Executive is responsible for retail buying for our chain stores (3 different branding stores) under a team of 4 Retail Merchandising Staff
· 3. Analyse and evaluate potential sell-through of product by brand and stock item, determine desired inventory level, and place PO (Purchase Order) with brand principal (BP) to meet demand and to maintain required level of inventory
· 4. Work out product costing and set retail pricing and determine competitiveness of prices
· 5. Prepare, issue and document payment vouchers for payment to BP
· 6. Ensure best sellers always in stock
· 7. Review slow-moving products and suggest how to increase their sell-through across all BU's (Business Units)
· 8. Re-distribute products among different BU's to ensure better total sell-through
· 9. Ensure PO are placed in time according to brand principal's buy-in schedule
· 10. Work with Shipping Executive to ensure PO placed are received in time
· 11. Create new Stock ID, Stock Name etc in the ERP system, create PO
· 12. When stock arrived, to communicate any shortages/extra/defects with BP and follow up with goods returns and credit notes from BP
· 13. Ensure stocks to be pushed to BU's once arrived, inspected and goods received
· 14. Awareness of latest products, marketing campaigns, etc on BP's website and to ensure update of our organization's relevant information on BP's website such as details of our points of sales, etc
· 15. Handle customer's product enquiries
· 16. Prepare and submit reports to BP as required
· 17. Support Corporate Sales enquiries to determine timeline for stock availability, negotiate for special bulk pricing to make target landed cost
· 18. Support Export Sales by checking on stock availability and working out retail pricing in foreign currencies
· 19. Support Marcom through monitoring of A&P budget allocated by BP and ensure A&P spend to meet budget, and follow up with claims for reimbursement on marketing spend from BP
· 20. Coordinate with BP for support on visual merchandising at point of purchase including display fixtures, signages, images at PoP (Point of Purchase)
· 21. Coordinate purchase and shipping of samples, reviewing samples with sales/retail teams and providing feedbacks to BP
· 22. Assist to set up and tear down of new POS and sales events
· 23. Create special price list and allocate stocks for sales event, following up with monitoring sell-through so as to replenish fast moving stocks while further discount off with further markdown of prices if necessary for slow moving stocks
Requirements:
· Candidate with self driven possess professional certificate/ diploma or degree in estate.
· Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings
· Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
