MIS (IT) MANAGER – Changi ( 5 Day)
- Provide technical assistance and day –to- day operational support for Microsoft Business Central (ERP),suitew CRM (CRM) and OA system
- work and liaise with vendors /PM in project implementation, application testing , supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies
- work on assigned projects to meet the agreed functionality , quality , schedule and cost.including coding , configurations, develop reports and interfaces, testing, documentation & etc
- maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet the end-user’ needs
- administration of database server
- design anf setup database for internal or interfacing with external application
- manage , backup and restore of apppication data
- prepare ,maintain and upkeep of user guide and technical documentations
- provide training to end-users
- Diploma / degree in computer engineering or related qualification is needed
- Must Be experience in Infrastructure and applications
- Experience in business central ( Microsoft dynamics 365) is ideal too.
- must be a hands on person in applications
- writing script and create program & etc
- experienced in manufacturibng / Semicon industry IT Dept before is a plus
- BAsic salary : S$ 5000 – S$ 7500 neg
