Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Senior Executive Sourcing Consultant to join our client’s in-house executive search team dedicated to sourcing top senior leadership talent to drive global business growth. Our client is one of the leading consulting and professional services companies globally.
The Senior Executive Sourcing Consultant will lead the identification of senior talent for critical leadership roles in Growth Markets, including SEA, ANZ, Japan, Greater China, and LATAM. This role involves building relationships with senior leaders, candidates, HR, and the broader recruitment team to develop sustainable sourcing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and manage regional recruiting projects.
- Design and implement effective talent research strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and Business leaders on recruitment challenges and strategies.
- Conduct confidential research to identify top leadership talent.
- Build a talent pool of senior executives and understand the competitive landscape.
- Partner with Leadership Talent Acquisition teams to address key challenges.
- Discover new candidate channels to meet leadership talent needs.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience and represent the company’s Talent brand.
- Develop recruitment systems initiatives and manage project timelines.
- Build a personal industry profile to attract top leadership talent.
- Provide benchmark candidate recommendations for internal leadership searches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with 2-3 years in top executive search firms or large MNCs.
- Relevant APAC Market exposure is a plus.
- Passion for recruitment and organizational transformation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience working with global teams is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Asia Pacific market for senior executive talent.
