The BIM Manager is responsible to oversee the quality, design and technical aspect of construction projects of the Company and helps developing a strategy for the development and deployment of new and emerging building construction and civil engineering technologies. He / She is overall in charge of implementing the BIM execution plan with the aid of the Project team and draftsmen team. BIM Manager handles the BIM coordination for the various projects and ensure that the draftsman fulfil the modelling requirements and requests by project teams within the stipulated schedule. Responsible for the development, coordination, publication, and verification that all necessary configurations required for seamless integration of design and construction model information have been implemented and assures information is provided at milestone submittals. And ensures development and compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans.
