The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), which is under the College of Engineering, aspires to be a leading school for Sustainable Urban Systems. Currently, it has over 40 faculty members and more than 1,500 students, and is rapidly expanding its range of educational and research activities. Its faculty has led major university-wide strategic research thrusts in space creation, water engineering and sustainable built environment. Going forward, CEE is addressing the continuous improvement in urban infrastructure such as building structures and energy systems, sustainability of urban cities, and resiliency to climate risks.

Applicants should have a PhD degree in Sustainable Construction. Suitable candidates must demonstrate relevant industrial experience, research and teaching ability, and strong communication skills.
