Responsibilities:
- Accountable for planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes
- Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meets all clients’ requirements and quality, environmental, health & safety (WSHA) requirements
- Accountable for preparation of monthly progress report, construction Method Statements and technical proposal
- Accountable for resolving project disputes/clarifications during the execution of the project
- Ensures inspections and checking on-site works have been conducted
- Plans and sequences of the construction operations according to the Project Management Plan
- Supports Quantity Surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payments and claims
- Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
- Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project-related issues
- Review Project teamwork performance
- Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team under your care
- Overall responsible for Human Resource and Administration matters at the project worksite
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Construction or Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
- Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- A good team player with good communication skills and multi-tasking.
- Hardworking and driven.
- Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
