What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
- Respond to financial inquiries from other departments and external parties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Software Skills
- Experience in cloud accounting software (Xero or equivalent like Quikbooks)
- Well versed with digital book-keeping
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/ Google sheets

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
