Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Hourly Salary: up to $17 per hour
Contract Duration: 10 Months Contract, Starts in June
Job Scope:
- Supports the division in tracking and monitoring divisions’ work plans and preventive health workplans. These include, but not limited to, to monitoring of workplan milestones & deliverables.
- Supports the team in the preventive health prototypes and pilots implementation. These include providing operations and admin support:
- Designing communication collaterals for events
- Executing and implementation of prototype and pilot events
- Supports the team in organising events, including Townhalls and fireside chats with leaders. These include sourcing for venues and programme arrangements.
- Design physical & electronic communications to support group communications, including EDMs and online communications
- Other admin duties e.g. plan/coordinate meetings, book/change meeting rooms, incl. liaise with IT support to prep for meetings & refreshments
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. (Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access will be assessed favourably.)
- Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
