Job Descriptions:
- Prospect for new project sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Actively search for new clients through methods such as cold-calling.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their interior design needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Department to align on clients' requirements and design concepts.
- Prepare contracts, project schedules, submissions, and other relevant documents.
- Manage projects by coordinating activities with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Interior Fit-Outs for retail, office, and residential spaces.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of interior design and fitting-out works.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in corporate sales.
