Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and lead the workflow and workplace digital transformation roadmap to support the business strategic plan and operations.
· Develop and implement methodologies to identify needs and opportunities to improve the workflow and workplace effectiveness and efficiencies across the organisation.
· Design and document the workflow solution, ensuring the solution design meets requirements, compliance and security standards.
· Develop user training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the solution application/tool.
· Manage the organization's Information Technology Policy
· Address user information technology requests and resolve issues to solve root causes to improve work efficiencies and effectiveness.
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, he/she should have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field
· Minimum 5 years of reelvant work experience
· Able to think strategically and implement operationally
· Ability to understand business and translate that into action plans, policies and processes
· Know how to measure success
· Strong project management skills

· Entrepreneurial in getting problems solved
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong knowledge of Office 365 tools (eg. PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Teams) and experience in the management and administration of the tools.
· Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
· Ability to formulate IT related policies and procedures
· Experience in process methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc) will be advantageous
· Project Management (PMP) will be advantageous
