About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Insurance Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives within the insurance vertical.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in insurance marketing ideally with experience in online marketplaces for insurance and knowledge of a range of insurance verticals, capable of driving growth and building our brand presence and preference in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue target for insurance marketing across the region across key verticals of insurance.
- Strong business lens with ability to review and input into business plan, forecasted targets, understands key drivers such as seasonality and it’s impact on demand and revenue
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies to promote and drive acquisition of insurance products and services that are scalable and serve local market needs
- Position MoneyHeroGroup as the preferred destination to learn and purchase insurance policies
- Deep understanding of insurance customer segments, behavior and insurance purchase and lifecycle journey to develop marketing strategies that will drive incremental revenue across new and existing customers
- Lead and manage the insurance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Partner with marketing cross-functional teams across brand, content, paid media and lifecycle to execute impactful high quality marketing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials to engage and attract customers.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providers and partners
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Insurance marketplace experience is a plus
