Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standards
- Responsible for finalizing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria for business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
- Lead the functional implementation of Salesforce, focusing on business process mapping, configuration, and user experience design
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, conducting workshops and interviews to elicit detailed business needs and use cases, facilitating requirements workshops
- Configure Salesforce to meet functional requirements, including customizations, workflow automation, and UI enhancements, leveraging declarative tools and low-code solutions, such as Flow and Process Builder
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
