As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Channel Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a Channel Manager, you will be key in developing and managing distribution channels. You'll establish and maintain relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and market share. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, strategic planning skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize channel performance.

Job Description
- Identify and evaluate potential partners.
- Create and implement strategies to expand market reach.
- Set criteria for onboarding new partners.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Understand partner needs and align with company goals.
- Provide training and resources to partners.
- Develop sales materials to support partner efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions.
- Design and optimize the Partner Program.
- Monitor and report on channel performance, offering insights and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
- At least Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience in channel management, sales, or business development in the IT/ Cyber for FSI/Healthcare.
- At least 7 years of experience in the IT/Cyber/System integration background
- Demonstrates robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, focused on achieving sales targets.
