Senior Account Executive
Job description
- Assist with full sets of Accounts and ensure timely reporting of monthly and year end reports.
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable functions and monthly bank reconciliation
- Ensure that reports are accurate updated on a timely manner.
- Secures financial information.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations as required.
- Maintain tracking, recording related to outgoing transactions
- Handling transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner
- To work and assist the finance team located in other countries.
- Acts as one of the points of contact for all incoming/outgoing member wire calls
- Managing junior staff.
- Compares all Incoming and Outgoing wires through internal ERP system
- Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as the superior / management deems fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Banking and Finance or Business.
- Minimum 3 solid years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office. Highly proficient in advanced Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.)
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multinational company and banking field is a plus
- Well organized and detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
*Working hours will be from 3pm to 12am (Mondays – Thursday), Friday work from home and with good compensation package, premium medical benefits and transportation allowance.
