Roles & Responsibilities;
- Position reports to and works directly with the Group CEO
- Assists the Group CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; flight and accommodation related duties; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings; conducting business research on various topics assigned; maintenance of staff business claim expenses;
- Communicates with the general staff on the Group CEO's behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with all relevant department including subsidiary company.
Requirements;
- Min a Diploma/Degree (Candidates without Diploma/Degree, BUT prior experienced as a PA will be consider).
- Neat and tidy, presentable and good in communication.
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Well versed in Microsoft Office.
