1Job Descriptions a group enterprise specializing in consulting based on advanced regenerative medicine research in the beauty field. We provide treatments to end-users and engage in both retail and global wholesale of beauty and healthcare products. We are seeking a manager to maximize operational efficiency from an HR perspective across our rapidly expanding group and lead communication with development partners and corporate clients, primarily in Japan and Thailand.
2. Lead the enhancement of operational efficiency for the expanding group, including HR programs, business strategies, and other administrative aspects, transforming the organization into a more solid and agile entity.
3. Specifically, review and establish the following for over 70 employees (both full-time and part-time) in the Queen's Group:
-Salary design
-Performance evaluation system
-Labor management
-Employee regulations
-Talent development training and rotation schemes
-System implementation
This scope includes not only Singapore-based employees but also staff based in Thailand and Japan.
4. Serve as the key point of contact for close communication with development partners, primarily in Japan, managing project progress and negotiations. Provide timely and appropriate reporting to the management team to facilitate proper decision-making.
5. Lead the planning, preparation, execution, and feedback of management meetings involving various group companies and partner enterprises.
6. Ensure high levels of corporate compliance and governance required by key clients, including those in the medical industry.
7. Regular overseas travel for market expansion and new product development is expected.
【Requirements】
1. Over 5 years of experience in international HR or management within a HQ of globally operating company. Successful candidate should have hands-on experience designing cross-border HR policies and be well-versed in both Singapore and Japan's employment laws.
2. Experience in planning and conducting HR training programs for employees of various nationalities, including:a) Onboarding training for new employees b) HR training for veteran employees
3. Hands-on experience in designing compensation structures for Singapore-based employees, Japan-based employees, Thailand-based employees, and expatriates within the last three years.
4. Practical experience in managing the design and implementation of cross-border performance evaluation systems and HR systems in a HQ of a global company.
5. Experience in direct reporting to senior management in a sizable organization and planning and managing executive meetings.
6. Experience in administration or back-office operations within companies that require high levels of compliance and corporate governance, such as publicly listed companies, large-scale enterprises, government organizations, or financial institutions.
7. Availability to travel several times a month to various Southeast Asian countries and Japan.
