Job Description
- Develop & carry out an efficient documentation and proper filing system.
- Assist with invoicing details by keeping records up to date
- Scan & save invoice in the system
- Maintain proper filing of supplier records and update information
- Manage & handle outlets supplier issues
- Ad hoc admin duties when needed
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a polytechnic diploma in any discipline with one year or more relevant experience in F &B industry.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines.
- A positive work attitude & willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in restaurant procurement or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple procurement tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
