Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Enhance brand awareness and market positioning through innovative marketing practices.
Digital Marketing:
- Drive the company’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize digital marketing performance.
Content and Creative Oversight:
- Oversee the development of engaging and impactful content for various marketing channels.
- Ensure high standards of creativity and quality in all marketing materials and campaigns.
Customer Insights and Experience:
- Utilize customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer journey.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Partnerships and Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media contacts, and influencers.
- Oversee public relations efforts to enhance the company’s public image and manage crisis communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the traditional arcade games industry and/or online gaming
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
