JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure the daily service operations are properly executed and performed – in line to assist restaurant to achieve overall business performance goals. Eg, Daily sales settlement, opening & closing of restaurant
- Ensure high quality of food & service by focusing on the user journey.
- Assist in training for all new/current staff on service & beverages when required.
- Possess knowledge to operate POS System proficiently
- Cultivate & maintain relationships internally/externally with regular guests, suppliers & staff of the restaurant
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communications skills - possessing a high level of empathy with good listening skills.
- Must possess knowledge in wines or coffee latte art.
- Able to multi-task to lead a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene practices.
- Willingness to teach and share professional knowledge with the team.
- Trustworthy, impartial & maintain a high level of discipline & punctuality.
- Pro-active & problem solver.
