Job Summary
· We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our innovative team.
· This role is crucial for driving quality assurance initiatives and executing rigorous testing protocols to ensure top-notch digital products.
· The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in project leadership, user experience (UX), and a profound understanding of mobile technology and business operations, with a strong emphasis on testing.
· This is a Direct Contract role for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
· Quality Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies aligned with project objectives.
· Test Script Optimization: Review and enhance test scripts to achieve extensive and effective coverage.
· Testing Leadership: Lead and oversee detailed testing activities, including functional, performance, reliability, and regression testing to ensure product quality.
· Quality Assurance Execution: Manage and monitor the performance, reliability, and quality of digital products and services.
· Defect Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within the production process to maintain product integrity.
· Standard Maintenance: Develop, implement, and oversee corrective and preventive actions to uphold quality assurance standards.
· UX Support and Analysis: Analyze user journeys and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure exceptional user experiences.
· Project Coordination: Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
· Performance Improvement: Develop metrics to assess quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to align on quality goals and provide training on quality best practices.
· Automated Testing Implementation: Design and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage.
· Automation Framework Development: Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks to streamline the testing process.
· Automated Test Scripts: Create and manage automated test scripts for various test scenarios, ensuring thorough validation of product features.
· Continuous Integration: Integrate automated testing processes into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless development and testing cycles.
Our Ideal Candidate
· 4 plus years experience in Project Management in banking or digital domain.
· Deep understanding of UX principles and their application in digital products.
· Expertise in mobile app technologies and an understanding of their business applications.
· Highly meticulous in identifying and addressing quality issues.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and handle evolving project requirements.
· Proficient in using various testing tools and frameworks for manual and automated testing.
· Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and best practices, including experience with scripting and automation frameworks.
· Contract duration - 12 months.
