JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure the daily operations are properly executed and performed – in line to assist Restaurant Manager to achieve overall business performance goals. Eg, Daily sales, settlement, opening & closing of restaurant daily
- Ensure high quality of food & service by focusing on the user journey
- Assist in training for all new/current staff on service & beverages when required
- Proficiency in operating POS system
- Cultivate & maintain relationships internally/externally with regular guests, suppliers & staff of restaurant

- Good communications skills - possessing high level of empathy with good listening skills.
- Able to multi-task to lead team in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Good understanding of health, safety and food hygiene practices.
- Willingness to teach and share professional knowledge with team.
