Job Responsibility
This is a multi-function role mainly responsible for coordinating the resources & process to ensure our software projects are delivered on time and produces the desired results. The role is also responsible for analysing & documenting the various requirements for software projects and translating them to appropriate software model.
Job Accountability
Project Management
· Develop detailed project plans and implement them with assigned timeline.
· Coordinate internal resources and third party or vendors for execution of assigned projects/tasks.
· Engagement of relevant stakeholders during various project phases
· Track/ report progress of projects and utilise appropriate techniques to evaluate performance.
Business Analyst
· To clarify/understand the business requirements, establish relevant benchmark to measure success.
· Document and validate the software solution requirements along with expected outcomes.
· Standardize the software development workflow, monitor compliance, and provide relevant feedback for internal/external stakeholders.
· Manage and troubleshoot the software development process.
People Management
· Lead and manage a team of internal developers and external resources based locally or remotely.
· Provide mentoring, guidance as required for overall development and motivation of team.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
Budget Management
· Develop the annual budget for the department in liaison with leadership and manage the utilisation.
· Support the Accounts team in preparing regular reports for MI reporting.
Business Development
· Support the sales, marketing, and post sales activities for the market destined software solutions.
Educational/Skills Qualification
- Bachelors in xxxxxxx or relevant qualification
- 6+ years’ experience in project management in software solutions/services based industry in lead role or support role
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Proactive, self-starter , ability to work in structured manner
- Good team-player and interpersonal skills
