Job Description
The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR related matters;
· Ability to implement work in an end-to-end way;
· Talent Placement:
o Responsible for the talent sourcing, CV filter, interview arrangement, talent placement using different various recruitment channel.
· Learning and development:
o Employee orientation. Asist in new employees on boarding matters such as probation system, confirmation probation presentation;
o Assist in employees personnel development such as C & Q;
o Organize company’s material learning and sharing;
o Internal/external training coordination and etc.
· Employee relationship:
o Employee relations enhancement;
o Provide team building support to the team, helping to consecutively improve morale of the team;
o Organizing assessment of awards and relevant follow-ups.
o Employee safety and health.
· Performance Management
o Responsible for performance management based on company performance management life cycle.
o Made sure employees successfully update the KPI/ key tasks uploaded in the system based on communication. Routine check the quality of the contents.
· Organisation Management
- Lead and support organizational development and transformational strategies including change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, coaching, Employee Engagement Survey and/or other necessary strategies
· Other HR operation issues:
o Assist in the provision of regular and relevant HR reports, including headcount, organizational/ manager climate survey and others survey as required.
o Monetary or non-monetary award coordination and management.
o Any others HR matters as assigned.
Candidate Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
· At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
· Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment;
· Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure;
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
· Assertive, extrovert and likes to interact with all levels of people;
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with overseas and local Chinese speaking associates.
